The Senior IT Strategy Consultant will lead vCTO/vCIO services, guiding technology strategy, transformation, and AI use for SME-enterprise clients, while presenting to executive teams and managing client engagements.

Lead technical delivery of customer projects and act as technical lead on network faults and major incidents. Provide hands-on, customer-facing support for enterprise SD‑WAN, LAN/WLAN, and security solutions; troubleshoot high-pressure incidents, manage escalations and change requests, and maintain technical documentation. Requires UK site travel and occasional out-of-hours work.
