Teams at Focus Group (UK)

Designs and delivers customer network projects, including LAN/WAN refreshes, SD-WAN rollouts, firewall and wireless deployments. Provides escalation support for complex network issues, scopes solutions with customers, mentors engineers, and supports cloud migrations, servers, virtualization, and security implementations. Requires CCNA certification, strong networking expertise, customer communication skills, and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel.

Design and deliver LAN/WAN network projects including SD-WAN, firewall and wireless deployments. Serve as escalation point for complex network issues, scope solutions with customers, mentor engineers, and support related infrastructure tasks like cloud migrations, server/virtualisation and security implementations.

Provides second-line technical support to customers on a rotating 12-hour schedule. Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, application, and network issues; manages escalated cases within SLAs; configures systems; coordinates supplier and field-service escalations; communicates progress; and escalates unresolved issues to third line when appropriate.
