Working at the heart of the Ireland Supply Chain team, you'll own and influence key planning activity across the Franchise estate, partnering with Commercial, Category, Franchise and Retail teams to drive strong performance.

As our Ireland Franchise Planner, you'll lead short and long term planning activities, turning seasonal events, local opportunities, business changes and periods of disruption into clear supply chain actions. You'll use data, insight and collaboration to identify opportunities, manage risk and support sales growth across the Franchise estate.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying processes and implementing new ways of working that enhance customer and business performance.

Who you are

  • Bring proven experience in forecasting, supply chain planning, inventory management or a highly analytical role where you've used data to shape business decisions.
  • Make well considered decisions when balancing competing priorities, ambiguity and changing business requirements.
  • Translate complex data and insight into clear actions that improve commercial and operational performance.
  • Build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, influencing decisions through expertise, collaboration and evidence based thinking.
  • Work effectively in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering against commitments.
