    • Designing solutions that optimise the portfolio’s risk profile and support investment performance

    • Collaborating across teams such as Asset Management, Group Treasury, Finance, Legal, Risk and Tax to ensure seamless implementation of transactions
    • Strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support market engagement and deliver high‑quality outcomes
    • Originating, pitching, negotiating and executing risk‑sharing transactions with third‑party organisations
    • Demonstrating behaviours aligned with our values, including prioritising fair customer outcomes

    Who we're looking for:

    • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Computer Science) or Accounting/Management, or equivalent experience
    • Experience in structured finance, fixed‑income products or insurance, ideally gained within a bank, insurer, asset manager or consultancy
    • Skilled in developing complex, dynamic financial models for debt or asset‑backed investment analysis
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders
    • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and delivering high‑quality outcomes to deadlines
    • Collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across multiple teams
    • Strong MS Excel capability, with additional modelling tools beneficial
    • Initiative, adaptability and a proactive mindset when solving challenges

Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

    • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
    • Generous pension contribution
    • Life assurance
    • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
    • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
    • Competitive family leave
    • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
    • There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
