Lead and develop a Transitions team delivering Pension Risk Transfer scheme transitions from onboarding to handover. Manage project delivery, data validation, client communications, team capacity and performance, drive process improvements, support strategy and operational readiness, and mitigate operational risks to ensure high-quality customer outcomes.

Manage day-to-day relationships with insurance clients for an asset manager, providing technical investment insight, coordinating cross‑functional solutions, and producing client reporting. Lead production of IFRS and Solvency II investment reporting metrics, perform asset cashflow projection and ALM analysis, manage and coach junior team members, own reporting systems/process improvements, provide detailed analysis and stakeholder commentary, and support regulatory and ad-hoc requests.

Lead post-sale pricing for bulk annuity contracts, provide actuarial sign-off (final premiums, restructures, GMP equalisation), develop pricing processes, manage reinsurance/longevity arrangements, coach and lead a team, ensure controls, and support BPA contractual negotiations and resource prioritisation.
