Leads complex pension risk transfer implementations and client servicing for defined benefit schemes. Provides expertise across regulatory, legal, reinsurance, product, and operational matters; develops RFQ and presentation content; manages onboarding, governance documentation, and post-implementation reviews; and partners with trustees, sponsors, advisers, administrators, and internal stakeholders.

Develop and execute asset-backed risk-sharing transactions involving mortgages, property, and fund-finance exposures. Build financial models assessing risk, returns, capital, and regulatory considerations; design portfolio solutions; prepare governance materials; and collaborate with Asset Management, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Risk, Tax, and external partners. The role also involves originating, pitching, negotiating, and executing transactions while managing stakeholder relationships and supporting customer-focused outcomes.

Develop and manage proactive data quality controls for Asset Management. The role involves writing SQL checks, investigating data issues and business impacts, gathering requirements, engaging senior stakeholders, coordinating offshore analysis resources, and supporting data quality dashboards and management reporting. The manager will help establish a sustainable in-house data quality capability while translating technical findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
