Lead and develop a Transitions team delivering Pension Risk Transfer scheme transitions from onboarding to handover. Manage project delivery, data validation, client communications, team capacity and performance, drive process improvements, support strategy and operational readiness, and mitigate operational risks to ensure high-quality customer outcomes.

Lead and deliver first-line assurance activities to strengthen controls and manage risk. Design and embed assurance methodologies, run control programmes, implement data-driven control testing, produce assurance reporting, engage senior stakeholders, and lead a team to drive continuous improvement and governance standards.

Design and govern scalable AWS cloud-hosted data platforms, guide architecture decisions, oversee implementation, evaluate technology alternatives, ensure security, performance, and compliance, and support stakeholder governance.
