  • HR Strategy Execution & Data Application: Translate global HR strategies into actionable local initiatives. Partner with Centers of Excellence (TA, Rewards, People Ops, L&D) and Functional HR to deploy specialized people processes and compensation cycles across your scope.

  • Talent & Performance Management: Act as the primary partner and coach to regional managers on team communication, high-performance management, talent mapping, and pipeline building. Own end-to-end local performance reviews and career progression frameworks.

  • Legal Compliance & Employee Relations: Oversee all local labor law requirements, employee relations, and social benefits in coordination with the HR Director and external legal counsel, with a strong focus on UK regulations.

Network within the local scale-up & Tech HR ecosystem to gather market intelligence that informs Malt’s strategic evolution.

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HRBP / People Partner in a fast-paced scale-up, Tech/SaaS environment, or international matrix structure.

  • Legal & HR Mastery: Excellent, deep knowledge of UK labor law regulations (exposure to Belgian, Dutch, or UAE labor frameworks is a strong plus).

  • Business Acumen & Change Management: Strong understanding of financial and operational drivers, with a track record of guiding teams through organizational change and controlling people/workplace costs.

  • People Coaching & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empower managers, guide leadership development, and handle sensitive employee relations confidently.

  • Mindset & Values: Data-informed, pragmatic, and eager to balance strategic advisory with hands-on execution, while embodying Malt’s core values (Simplicity, Dream big - Act big, Joy, Community driven).

  • Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); fluency in French or Dutch is a plus.

How to join the mission? 🚀

  • First call with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, motivations, and answer your questions (45 minutes).

  • Interview with our HR Director to dive deeper into your HR experience and operational scope (60 minutes).

  • Home assignment / Business Case evaluated by our Chief Human Resources Officer, Barbara Marazia, to assess your technical expertise and strategic vision.

  • Final interview with a member of the executive team / local leadership to discuss long-term alignment.
