We have an exciting opportunity for an International Tax Manager or Senior Manager to become part of our rapidly growing international programmatic marketing firm, and its expanding tax team in London. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee major corporate compliance tasks, including Country-by-Country Reporting and Pillar 2 regulations, as well as managing the Group’s transfer pricing policy across various jurisdictions.

The specialist will work to manage and focus on getting the business ready for Pillar 2 compliance. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our organization meets the new global minimum tax requirements, while also helping shape our operational compliance framework. With respect to transfer pricing you will provide guidance on transfer pricing matters, analyze financial and economic data, and develop alternative pricing strategies to achieve optimal tax efficiency and minimize risk exposure. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leads the preparation of high-quality, consistent and cost-efficient transfer pricing documentation for MiQ Group worldwide. Preparing transfer pricing documentation reports
  • Collaborates with Tax, Finance and Technology to guarantee that documentation adequately reflects the group’s policy (current or envisaged) and mitigates any potential litigation/controversy risks
  • Can find solutions for complex problems in a technically sound yet pragmatic way
  • Understands interdependencies between TP and other areas, such as broader direct tax, indirect tax and operational expansion/development and optimisation needs
  • Present and communicates to senior stakeholders on complex TP concepts and operational implementation
  • Manage external support services, in line with available resources and existing priorities
  • Developing, executing and maintaining the company's inter-company transfer pricing policies
  • Collecting and analysing relevant data & information in respect of transfer pricing across the MiQ Group
  • Monitoring group’s thin cap position
  • Manage the CbCr compliance
  • Assist with broader large company international tax compliance requirements. 
  • Develop a sustainable compliance framework, including the creation of standardized processes for data gathering, reporting, and compliance tracking for Pillar 2 obligations
  • Own the end-to-end setup of Pillar 2 process ensuring robust procedures, controls and global consistency
  • Pillar 2 Calculation Model Ownership: Create, manages and continuously improve the Pillar 2 calculation models

What you must bring:

  • CTA/ACA/ADIT or a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Top 10 or In-house multinational experience
  • 5 years plus relevant experience (post qualified)
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with transfer pricing and tax provision calculations
  • Excellent communication skills
