Job Summary**
The International HR & Payroll Specialist at Swift London office, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of international payrolls and supporting global HR operations.
Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and process multi-country payrolls, ensuring compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs across various international locations.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employment status.
  • Assist with global HR onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies for international staff.
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, absences, benefits, and local legislation.
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers and tax advisors in different countries.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, including policy development and process improvements.
  • Prepare and analyze HR and payroll reports for management.
  • Stay up-to-date with international labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Support grievance processes where required
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of all HR and payroll information.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in international HR and payroll administration.
  • Proven experience with multi-country payroll processing and international tax compliance.
  • Strong understanding of global HR best practices and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse international teams.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
