Commercial & Financial Oversight

  • Budgeting: Maintain strict oversight of operational budgets, working closely with the Finance department on forecasting, cost control, and variances.

Continuous Improvement & Business Support

  • Process Optimisation: Continuously review planning frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and ROI data to ensure all events successfully deliver the intended pipeline leads and brand awareness.
