About the job

At OpenTable, we are dedicated to helping our employees master the skills necessary to drive outstanding customer experiences. As the Int’l Enablement Manager, Everboarding, you will act as a performance partner for our International Account Executives and Account Managers, owning ongoing field readiness after onboarding. You will partner closely with GTM, Product Marketing, field leadership, and frontline managers to translate business priorities into role-based enablement that is practical, timely, and aligned to the realities of the field. From product launches to reinforcement strategies, you will help turn evolving business priorities into clear learning experiences that improve execution in the field. Your work will directly impact readiness and performance by maintaining visibility into rep needs, objections, and capability gaps across the populations and strategic themes you support.

Responsibilities
  • Own ongoing field readiness for International AEs and AMs after onboarding, ensuring enablement continues well beyond initial ramp and stays aligned to evolving organizational goals.
  • Occasionally support AE new hire programming, in partnership with the AE new hire trainer, during large hiring sprints.
  • Partner with GTM teams on product launches and priority initiatives, translating new information into role-based enablement programs for the field.
  • Deliver enablement through facilitation, coaching, presentations, and targeted learning experiences that build capability in real customer-facing situations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of field needs, common objections, workflow friction, and capability gaps and ensure these insights are included in existing and net-new programming.
  • Build and manage major enablement programs from planning through delivery and reinforcement, ensuring stakeholder alignment, a clear view of impact, and additional support where needed.
  • Track program results, gather field feedback, and refine content, reinforcement, and support strategies based on performance findings and business priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, sales readiness, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing commercial teams, ideally including Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver role-based enablement that supports adoption, skill development, and field execution.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership and program management skills, with experience working effectively across Product Marketing, GTM teams, field leaders, and managers.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to turn field feedback, objections, and performance gaps into practical learning solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting international or multi-market commercial teams.
  • Experience enabling both product launches and ongoing everboarding programs.
  • Familiarity with sales and account management workflows, manager-led reinforcement practices, and measuring enablement effectiveness through behavior change or business impact.
  • Professional proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
Benefits and Perks
  • Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year
  • Focus on mental health and well-being:
  • Paid parental leave

The best connections happen face-to-face, whether you’re sitting down to dinner or having coffee with a coworker. That’s why OpenTable has adopted a hybrid workplace model. This role aligns with that approach, with an expectation of coming into the office two days a week—giving employees the best of both worlds: in-person collaboration and flexibility.

Work Environment & Flexibility

At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations.

Inclusion

We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.

If you need any reasonable adjustments during the application/interview process, or on the job, we’re here to support you. Please reach out to your recruiter to request any accommodations.
