The Account Manager, Hotels EMEA is responsible for managing relationships with hotel clients, driving revenue, ensuring customer success, and documenting activities in CRM. Lead global accounting function with end-to-end GL and close ownership under US GAAP; drive technical accounting, ASC 606 application, balance sheet reconciliations, month/quarter analysis, process standardization and automation, and develop a high-performing team while partnering with Finance and Systems across time zones.

Provide multilingual (German/English) customer support across calls, email, chat and WhatsApp; troubleshoot product and technical issues; own case resolution and log contacts in Salesforce; work shifts including weekends and mandatory London office days; attend five-week in-office training.

Lead, coach, and develop a frontline multi-channel contact center team. Drive operational excellence across service levels, quality, productivity, CSAT, and FCR. Use Salesforce, Zendesk, dashboards, Google Sheets and AI tools to analyze performance, surface coaching opportunities, and remove friction. Partner cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues, handle complex escalations, and model an inclusive, accountable culture.

Lead and manage a global product design team, set design standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate visions for restaurant and diner experiences.
