About the role:
We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who loves the thrill of finding brilliant talent across Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft.
You don’t need to be an expert in all three; experience recruiting within at least one is what matters. You’ll know how to understand technical requirements, navigate different modules and skill sets, and headhunt great people who aren’t sitting on job boards waiting to be found.
We’re looking for someone ambitious and ready to grow with us. You’ll build on the market you already know, expand into new technology areas and have plenty of opportunity to develop your career as Support Revolution grows.
This is a full-time, fully remote UK role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Recruitment briefings with hiring managers
- Market and salary benchmarking
- Writing and quality-checking job adverts
- Direct sourcing and headhunting
- Candidate screening and qualification
- Interview coordination
- Candidate and hiring manager feedback
- Offer management
- References and pre-employment processes
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and candidate records.
- Proven experience recruiting professionals in any of the SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft spaces
- A strong understanding of technical terminology and the ability to distinguish between different technical and functional skill sets
- Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capability
- Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching
- Confidence speaking with technical candidates and understanding their experience beyond simply matching keywords on a CV
- Experience managing vacancies from briefing through to offer
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge a hiring brief
- A proactive approach: you build pipelines rather than waiting for applications
- The ability to manage multiple technical vacancies and priorities at the same time.
Interview process:
Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and transparent. Here’s what to expect:
- Screening Call – A friendly chat with our Talent Acquisition team to get to know you and discuss the role
- Hiring Manager Interview – Your chance to showcase your skills, experience, and ask us any questions about the role and team
- Team Interview – Get to meet with other team members, dive into the exciting projects you’ll be working on, and experience the collaborative energy that drives our success!
- Final HR Interview – A deeper conversation to understand your values, ensure a great cultural fit, and discuss the next steps.
Benefits and perks:
We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Competitive Salary: We value your hard work with a salary of up to £40,000 gross per annum
- Generous Annual Leave: Take plenty of time to recharge with 33 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, plus extra days as you grow with us
- Annual Leave Purchase Scheme: Need more time to relax? Purchase up to 5 additional days leave per annum
- Birthday Leave: Your birthday is yours – take the day off and enjoy it your way
- Length of Service Rewards: Enjoy rewards like bonuses, extra leave, and paid sabbaticals for your dedication
- Company Pension Scheme: Secure your future with our Company pension scheme
- Perkbox Perks: Treat yourself with discounts, cashback, and wellness benefits
- Fully Remote Model: Enjoy the flexibility of working 100% remotely, from wherever you are in the UK - no office required!
- Employee Wellbeing: We’ve got your back with EAP, eye tests, flu vouchers, and excellent sick pay if you’re ever unwell
- Personal Development: We invest in you with tailored training and career growth
- Employee Referral Scheme: Get rewarded for bringing great talent to our team.
