Work with development and QA teams in Agile delivery, mentor colleagues on payroll testing, and support complex payroll scenarios including RTI, multiple employment, sequencing, and backdated pay awards.

Leads global Oracle Support and Application Managed Services, overseeing customer delivery, service transformation, team development, onboarding, transitions, commercial growth, bids, and pre-sales. Builds executive customer relationships, improves processes and tooling, manages escalations, and shapes strategic delivery models across complex Oracle environments.
