How you’ll make your mark

Working in lock-step with our Communications Analyst based in Cincinnati to execute our channel strategy, including managing our email management system and intranet – and helping to shape our strategy to bring the best experience to Worldpayers across the globe

Helping to manage the editorial calendar and sending schedule for global communications.

Spotting opportunities to enhance existing processes and implementing improvements.

Liaising with other comms managers to understand upcoming communications campaigns and plans to effectively manage the cadence of global communications.

Co-creating a new insights dashboard to help the team understand the effectiveness of global communications and make suggestions for continuous improvement.

Being the point person for UK-specific communications, particularly for the London Walbrook office.

Bringing exceptional writing and communication skills.

Possessing good time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple deadlines and reprioritize quickly.

Feeling comfortable operating independently.
How you’ll own this role
-
With direction from our Senior Corporate Communications Manager (based in London), you’ll be working closely with a communications analyst (based in the US) to bring structure and process to the global communications team and strategy.

You’ll be instrumental in helping to shape the future of our team operations – and how we bring gold standard communications experiences to Worldpayers globally.

You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with other communications projects across the Worldpay business.
What your day will look like
-
Meeting with team members to schedule communications, plan and prepare message deadlines and produce a regular dashboard of analytics to help refine our strategy.

Bringing examples of best practice into the team to help inform our approaches going forward.

Ensuring a regular comms and engagement programme is in place across our UK sites, in particular the London Walbrook office.

Providing support on managing content approvals where required.

This is a permanent role, with a mix of home and office-based work (in office 2-3x a week at London Walbrook: 25 Walbrook, City of London, London EC4N 8AF)
