About the role:

As Events Coordinator in the Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for the execution and follow up of international events, with the aim of generating leads to support the growth of the Sales pipeline and the GTM of the CFO and Banking International Sales Teams.
 

About the team:  
As part of the International Sales Enablement Team, you in the role of Events Coordinator, will be supporting pipeline development through the generation of net new leads to fuel the growth. Our team is spread over Europe and our role is to develop sales led activities, supporting the translation of marketing led leads into concrete sales opportunities. The team organizes events, collaborating closely with our marketing, sales and growth teams.

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage end to end execution of Sales events, both external trade shows and FIS events, including preparing event strategy and execution Plan, conducting an initial kick-off call with relevant stakeholders, plus a regular cadence for touchpoint meetings on event progress, plus on-site presence depending on the event size and location.
  • Assist in preparing event content, Messaging and Target List in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (marketing, Sales, Growth Office etc)
  • Ensure lead allocation, follow up of all leads and reporting on ROI on a regular basis 
  • Coordinate with Marketing teams on marketing led events

What you will need:

  • Experience in a Marketing role, with involvement in Event management
  • Proven organisational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Curiosity and ability to assimilate and understand new concepts quickly
  • Growth mindset, dynamism and fun!
  • Team spirit and accountability
  • Language Requirements:  English native speaker, & French a plus

  • Financial Technology background
  • Additional Languages:  German / Spanish / Italian / Portuguese / Additional languages
