A role you will love
This is a 12 month FTC where you’ll have the opportunity to bring communications to life end to end, from shaping the approach to creating the content and delivering the final output. This is hands-on role, sitting within the Internal Communications team, where you’ll play an important role in helping to keep the internal business connected, informed and engaging employees while protecting and promoting our brand.
You’ll be involved with global internal communications campaigns and create content for our regular comms channels including internal news articles, presentations and SharePoint content. No two days will look the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact.
Key responsibilities
- Create and deliver high‑quality, engaging content across multiple channels (email, intranet, video, town halls, events, presentations) in line with corporate branding and guidelines
- Support global communication plans across business lines, regions, and local initiatives
- Produce and edit communication materials for global activities, to ensure the messaging is right for the audience. Includes writing newsworthy content for internal news articles, editing content and co-ordinating the creation of regular newsletters, developing Outlook templates, and publishing on SharePoint
- Co-ordinating both in-person and virtual events, bringing your attention to detail to ensure they are successful
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Provide communications support during crises, collaborating closely with the Corporate Comms team

You’ll bring:
- Proven written and oral communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- The ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, effective messaging
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to take ideas from plan through to delivery
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience within communications or a similar role is beneficial but not essential
