JPMorganChase's Commercial & Investment Bank is a global leader across banking, markets, and securities services — and great internal communication is at the heart of how we keep our people informed, engaged, and connected. We are looking for a detail-oriented, design-forward communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality content across multiple channels.

As an Internal Communications & Content Associate at JPMorganChase within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will play a key role in managing and delivering engaging internal communications across digital signage, video, email, and intranet channels. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to execute channel plans, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and translate complex information into clear, compelling content. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter with strong project management skills and a creative eye who wants to make a meaningful contribution to how we communicate with our people across the globe.

Job responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of digital signage content, including design, scheduling, and publishing to ensure timely and visually compelling delivery
  • Support the production of video content for internal audiences, including shooting, editing, and formatting across multiple channel requirements
  • Build, design, and maintain intranet pages with a focus on layout, consistent visual identity, and audience engagement
  • Distribute internal email communications to a large employee base using internal communications tooling, including testing, audience targeting, and timely deployment
  • Manage project workflows across all deliverables — from intake and timeline management through stakeholder reviews, approvals, and publication
  • Create and update visual assets using PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop, ensuring consistent alignment with brand standards across all materials
  • Maintain rigorous quality control across all deliverables, including proofreading, formatting, accessibility considerations, and version control
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions and time zones to align on priorities, manage expectations, and deliver work on schedule

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on communications concepts and applied experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Design capability and proficiency with Microsoft Office products — particularly PowerPoint — and Adobe Photoshop or comparable design tools, with a strong eye for layout and visual detail
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong editorial judgment, and a consistent focus on quality control across all content types
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of work and drive deliverables to completion with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across regions and time zones

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working within a large, matrixed organization — ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated environment
  • Familiarity with intranet content management systems and email distribution platforms used in an enterprise setting
  • Experience managing internal communications at scale, including audience segmentation and targeting for large employee populations
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices for digital content and communications
