The Team:
Our External Communications Team plays a crucial role in shaping the Celonis narrative, engaging audiences, and building strong relationships with media, influencers, and the broader public. Our goal is to create and maintain a positive reputation through compelling content, public relations, and storytelling.
The Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Intern to support our External Communications Team in research, content creation, reporting, and project management. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications and digital content. You’ll work closely with the team to support their thought leadership, research, and content development efforts.
The work you’ll do:
- Help ensure Celonis’ business strategy, initiatives, and projects are communicated externally
- Support the creation of press releases, briefings, and other materials for external communications
- Support coverage monitoring and reporting to be presented to executives and various spokespeople
- Aid the team in creating briefing materials for interviews and conferences
- Support the ongoing management and updating of the corporate website
- Conduct desk research on communication topics and trends to support external communication initiatives
- Leverage AI tools and digital automation to enhance efficiency, research, and project management
- Coordinate with designers, contributors, and other internal teams to ensure the timely publication of press materials
- Organize team actions and coordinate daily tasks
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects within the communications organization
The qualifications you need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media Management or a related field with at least 1 year remaining in your studies
- Previous experience in PR/external communications
- Strong research and analytical skills—able to synthesize complex topics into clear, engaging insights.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities and time management skills.
- English professional fluency required (& German writing skills a definite plus!)
- Interest in enterprise technology, such as AI, automation, and digital transformation is a plus.
- Based in Munich to work one-site from our Headquarter
- Ability to work 40h/week for 6 months
