Working closely with the VP International Revenue Marketing, regional Sales, SDRs and the wider Marketing organisation, the contractor will help deliver priority H2 programs.

The successful candidate will combine strong execution skills with the ability to contribute new ideas, identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and support the continued development of the regional marketing plan.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute regional demand-generation programs across healthcare and commercial markets in Germany and DACH.
  • Support the development and execution of the H2 regional marketing plan.
  • Manage campaigns across ABM, digital demand generation, telemarketing, webinars, third-party lead generation, direct marketing and events.
  • Recommend new campaign ideas and tactical approaches to strengthen demand generation and pipeline creation.
  • Translate regional priorities into executable campaign plans with defined target audiences, messaging, channels, timelines and performance objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to align marketing activity with priority accounts and ensure effective lead follow-up.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, creative teams, agencies, partners and external vendors.
  • Manage campaign timelines, localisation, target lists, assets and follow-up activity.
  • Monitor campaign performance, SQL generation, marketing-sourced pipeline and budget utilisation.
  • Identify underperforming activities and recommend adjustments to improve results.
  • Support priority account-based marketing initiatives within the German healthcare market.
  • Provide regular status and performance updates to the VP International Revenue Marketing.

Experience and qualifications

  • 3-5 years' relevant experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation or revenue marketing, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Fluency in German and strong business English.
  • Demonstrable experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and SDR organisations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach to marketing.
  • Ability to contribute ideas and recommendations while working within an agreed regional strategy.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
  • Experience in healthcare, cybersecurity or enterprise technology would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors and third-party marketing providers is desirable.

Success in the role will be measured through:

  • Delivery of priority H2 demand-generation programs.
  • Consistent generation of qualified demand for the DACH sales organisation.
  • Contribution to marketing-sourced SQL and pipeline targets.
  • Effective execution and optimisation of regional campaign investment.
  • Strong alignment and coordination with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Delivery of campaigns to agreed timelines and objectives.

At Imprivata, we have a top-notch work environment, developmental opportunities, a competitive total rewards package, and the desire to have fun. If you have the skills and qualifications as we have described above, we want to hear from you!
