  • Technical decision coordination

  • Coordinate cross-package decisions and contribute to the preparation of decision packages and governance reviews where required.

  • Ensure technical decisions are formally resolved, documented, approved, and traceable.

Management of Change

  • Act as process owner for the project's Management of Change (MoC) process.

  • Coordinate change assessments across technical, cost, schedule, scope, and risk disciplines.

  • Ensure changes are assessed, documented, and processed in line with project governance, procedures, and thresholds.

Scope Management, Demarcation & Coordination

  • Coordinate scope alignment, ownership, responsibilities, and deliverable demarcation across project packages.

  • Maintain project scope management tools and documentation.

  • Ensure HSE, technical safety, regulatory, and compliance considerations are addressed in interface discussions, involving specialists where required.

  • Responsible for coordinating licenses, training and setting up of the software tools within the interface management procedures in the project.

To be successful in the role you will bring

Essential

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in offshore wind, energy, marine, infrastructure, construction, or other complex multidisciplinary projects.

  • Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and risk management processes.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience within EPCI project delivery environments.
