Sportradar Integrity Services is part of Sportradar Group and one of the world’s leading suppliers of sports integrity solutions. Anti-Match-Fixing (AMF) is a core service pillar and subteam of Integrity Services and supports its partners, which include sports governing bodies, clubs, state authorities, law enforcement agencies and private organisations, in identifying and investigating integrity threats to their organisations and jurisdictions. AMF specialises in providing robust prevention, detection and investigation solutions to mitigate risks and threats related to competition manipulation.
The Intelligence Specialist - Anti-Match-Fixing, will contribute to all aspects of Sportradar’s AMF intelligence and investigation activity. This role suits those seeking to start and develop a professional career in intelligence and investigation who will thrive working in a ground-breaking and fast-paced company.
THE CHALLENGE
- Support intelligence-led investigations using an all-source approach. Collect, analyse and evaluate sensitive information and datasets as well as investigate emerging trends and patterns in global match-fixing.
- Perform Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis to support investigations and due diligence projects.
- Produce a variety of intelligence products, including both short and extensive written reports.
- Develop and maintain intelligence holdings and datasets.
- To support our industry leading Bet Monitoring & Detection sector of our Anti-Match-Fixing team.
- Collaborating on group discussions and debates that drive our suspicious match escalation process.
- Work closely across multiple Sportradar functions and departments to protect and enhance Sportradar business operations, including internal and external training and education on sports integrity.
YOUR PROFILE
- Ability to interpret and use data sources with a good aptitude for analysis and good problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable expertise in OSINT tools, techniques and methodologies.
- Be able to quickly understand and use platforms and systems.
- Reasonable knowledge of sports betting with a desire to learn about the global betting landscape.
- Highly self-motivated, leading by example with enthusiasm and an inquisitive mind.
- Operational experience in research, due diligence, intelligence or investigations from areas such as law enforcement, journalism, corporate intelligence, financial fraud or cyber security is desirable but not necessary.
- Experience in handling and analysing diverse and large data sets is desirable but not necessary.
- Meticulous attention to detail, notetaking, record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel/PowerBi, Word and SharePoint/Power Automate.
- Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and hypotheses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, other languages will be considered a plus such as Arabic and Balkan languages.
