Are you ready to lead and coordinate the execution of integration plans following acquisitions? As an Integration Project Manager at FE fundinfo, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of systems, processes, and policies across multiple workstreams.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Integration Manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where you can leverage your project management and M&A integration experience to drive operational efficiencies and maximize value creation.

Your key responsibilities as an Integration Project Manager will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive integration plans for multiple acquired companies simultaneously.
  • Leading project execution, maintaining detailed project plans, and managing internal integration teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, IT, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Legal, to drive integration activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across various acquired companies.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating integration risks for each project.
  • Supporting the Integration Manager with monitoring progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Integration Project Manager:

  • You must have proven experience (3+ years) in project management, with a track record of leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • You will have proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
  • You should have an understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
  • You need a strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
  • You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
