Integration and Programme Lead - Vice President

About the Role

The International Consumer Bank (ICB) is Chase's international consumer banking business, delivering digital-first banking and investing experiences to customers outside the United States. Within ICB, the Corporate Development team is responsible for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investments that accelerate the growth and transformation of the business. These transactions are integral to ICB's strategy, enabling us to better serve our customers in a rapidly evolving financial services ecosystem.

We are seeking an accomplished, proactive Vice President to serve as Integration and Programme Lead for ICB Corporate Development. In this role, you will lead the integration of the team's acquisitions while serving as a key member of the wider ICB Corporate Development team. You will drive the realisation of business value across product, client, technology, operations, and controls, supporting evaluation of new opportunities and driving governance, controls, planning, and portfolio disciplines that keep the team running effectively and delivering against its strategic objectives.

This role offers significant exposure to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to ICB's strategy and success. It is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoy driving change, and can inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals while acting as a thought partner to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end integration of acquisitions across the ICB Corporate Development portfolio overseeing Day 1 planning and execution across multiple corporate functions to ensure seamless transitions and minimal business disruption.
  • Lead and own Integration Management Office (IMO) activities across integrations — setting priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability across workstreams (product, technology, operations, compliance, and controls).
  • Develop and implement integration strategies, collaborating with senior business and functional leaders to realise business value and deliver against key milestones and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integration communications, reporting, and stakeholder management, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders on evaluating new partnerships and acquisitions, including due diligence, commercial negotiations, and integration planning.
  • Own the governance and controls framework across the team's initiatives, ensuring alignment with firmwide and LOB standards and accountability throughout the transaction and integration lifecycle.
  • Lead portfolio management across the team's pipeline of partnerships, acquisitions, and investments — tracking status, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery against strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, integration/programme management, business management, product/strategy & operations, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex integrations, strategic initiatives, or large-scale programmes, ideally within product, technology, or financial services environments.
  • Strong business-management capabilities, including experience with operating rhythms, financial and headcount planning, governance, and controls.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including agile (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering executive-level presentations; proficiency with presentation and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, C-suite, and technical teams.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and proven ability to deliver time-sensitive, mission-critical deliverables with attention to detail and reliability.
  • Proactive, delivery-oriented approach, with a strategic mindset and a track record of driving initiatives to successful completion.
  • Intellectually curious, open to learning about all aspects of the business, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • MBA or advanced degree, or professional qualifications in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in investments, banking, financial services, or financial technology, with a strong understanding of integration activities.
  • Experience supporting product launches, partnerships, or strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with due diligence and contractual negotiation processes.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate development, personal investing, wealth management, payments, or related sectors.
