Why This Role is Important:
Having a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist based in the EMEA region is crucial due to the lack of a dedicated local expert who understands the unique market dynamics across these diverse regions. This role will provide vital insights into regional preferences and cultural differences, enabling more effective and targeted campaigns across EMEA. Additionally, addressing language and cultural nuances—particularly in the Middle East and Africa—will ensure that messaging resonates authentically with audiences. This position will also foster stronger relationships with key Infobip stakeholders in EMEA, building trust and collaboration that are essential for sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market solutions, verticals, events, industry bodies, associations, and accounts across EMEA to boost brand position, digital presence, and lead generation.
  • Align the marketing plan with both regional and global marketing objectives, as well as EMEA revenue goals.:
  • Work with Partner Marketing and Growth teams to plan and execute direct and indirect lead generation marketing initiatives within EMEA.
  • Work with the regional marketing team and content manager to develop key messaging and content aligned with event objectives and HQ strategies.
  • Support regional PR efforts to secure media exposure at high-profile events across Europe, MENA, and Africa.
  • Contribute to HQ-driven initiatives that are relevant to the EMEA region.
  • Maintain a balanced quarterly budget, accounting for business seasonality across EMEA.
  • Participate in developing annual marketing plans and associated budgets for EMEA Marketing.
  • Manage EMEA revenue stakeholders through continuous collaboration and feedback sessions.
  • Align reports with EMEA Marketing objectives and KPIs, illustrating their contribution to revenue targets.
  • Develop regional performance reports, identifying areas of excellence and those needing improvement.
  • Provide support for material translation and localisation where necessary.
  • Work with the Regional Social Media Manager to promote webinars and third-party events across EMEA.
  • Organize events end-to-end, including budget management, price negotiation, coordination with local sales, and EMEA and HQ marketing teams, and oversee branding and logistics.
  • Develop and execute an EMEA-wide events plan and calendar, including webinars, industry conferences, business breakfasts, executive dinners, virtual events, and partner events.
  • Partner with PR, Social Media, and Content teams to deliver campaigns that support brand awareness and thought leadership while meeting regional requirements and performance indicators.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the EMEA region, with a focus on integrated marketing, digital marketing, or event management.
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
  • Experience with content creation and management..
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and business needs across EMEA.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement impactful marketing strategies.
