As an Integrated Display Executive, deliver display and programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs, optimising performance against client KPIs and budgets.

 Purpose of the Role

As an Integrated Display Executive, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of digital display and programmatic campaigns across managed service and insertion order (IO) bookings. You'll build and activate campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise delivery against agreed KPIs and budgets.

You'll work closely with Senior Executives and Managers to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with client objectives. As your experience develops, you'll take increasing responsibility for optimisation, reporting, and supporting junior team members.

 What You'll Do
  • Build, activate, manage, and optimise display and programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs in line with agreed strategies and GYSIO processes.
  • Deliver campaigns across display and video, including YouTube and connected TV (CTV), and, where appropriate, audio and digital out-of-home (DOOH) formats.
  • Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance against KPIs, implementing optimisation changes to improve outcomes.
  • Pull, analyse, and interpret campaign data to support performance reporting and post-campaign analyses.
  • Share optimisations and learnings on weekly/bi-weekly calls with clients
  • Liaise with media owners on creative deadlines, trafficking, troubleshooting, and delivery issues.
  • Support Junior Associates with quality assurance checks, workflow guidance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Follow established processes for booking, billing, reconciliation, and governance.
 How You'll Succeed
  • Deliver campaigns accurately, on time, and within agreed budgets.
  • Maintain effective campaign pacing and performance against defined KPIs.
  • Identify and implement optimisation opportunities that improve campaign outcomes.
  • Produce clear, accurate reporting and performance insights.
  • Collaborate effectively with Senior Executives, Managers, media owners, and wider team members.
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance, governance, and operational process compliance.
  What You'll BringEssential Skills
  • Experience executing digital display and/or programmatic campaigns, including hands-on campaign activation.
  • Working knowledge of DSPs and ad servers, with experience using platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or CM360.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Confident Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
