What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with insurance clients, delivering a high standard of service and support
  • Coordinating and resolving client enquiries by working closely with teams across the business
  • Providing technical insight on investment products, client strategies and market developments
  • Attending client meetings and calls, supporting discussions and leading operational or audit meetings where required
  • Developing a strong understanding of client objectives and identifying potential risks and opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver client projects, data requests and change initiatives
  • Producing and reviewing client reporting, documentation and investment-related materials
  • Embedding Consumer Duty principles by delivering good client outcomes and responding to feedback effectively

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience within investment management, with a focus on client service and relationship management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, including senior stakeholders

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify client needs, risks and opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across teams and contribute to shared goals
  • Degree educated (or equivalent), with IMC or a relevant professional qualification desirable

Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

  • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
  • Generous pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
