Location: Hammersmith / Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site) 

Take ownership of some of dunnhumby’s most strategically important client relationships. As a Senior Client Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across major brands, using data and insight to solve complex commercial challenges and shape long term strategic plans. This role offers high visibility, deep partnership building, and the opportunity to influence decisions at the highest level. 

What you’ll bring 

  • Proven success partnering with large, high profile or commercially complex clients in designing and delivering insight led strategies 
  • Experience using data and insight to influence senior stakeholders and decision makers. 
  • Strong understanding of the UK grocery and retail market, category trends and broader commercial context. 
  • Ability to diagnose complex client needs and translate these into strategic, insight driven solutions. 
  • Resilience and a solutions focused mindset when navigating sophisticated organisations. 
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to adapt communication style across varied senior audiences (including CPG, Tesco and Dunnhumby). 
  • High numerical capability with a structured approach to planning, forecasting and commercial reporting. 
  • Strong communication skills, simplifying complexity into compelling, executive ready narratives. 
  • Ability to operate in an environment where scope is vague and where proactivity is essential
