  • Have detailed knowledge of our tools and the value they add, which will be essential to successfully consultatively sell to your clients, both new and existing.
  • Lead your team to deliver against their targets to ensure that the Beers & Spirits category is delivering against forecasted growth.

The ideal candidate will have a commercial background within the Retail/CPG sector and ideally have experience in customer data and insight.

You will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Experience of using data to influence users and senior stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the UK retail market and the current challenges/opportunities.
  • Resilience, with a positive mentality, driven to find a new path when the first is blocked.
  • A relationship builder – comfortable adapting style to varied internal and external contacts, influencing based on their needs.
  • Highly numerate and displaying a structured approach to financial planning and reporting.
  • A great communicator, verbally and digitally, creating simple & actionable solutions.
