Job Description:

Role Overview 

The Insight manager sits within the Global Research and Insight team, supporting the Global Insights Director, to deliver impactful insights for iProspect clients. You will work closely with a top beverages client, providing data-driven insight, intelligence, and research solutions. 

It requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with at least two years of relevant experience in media. We work in a fast-paced environment, and you need to be comfortable picking up quick-turnaround projects. You need to be agile, able to prioritise your work, and able to deliver best-in-class analysis, insights, and reporting. We would also like you to think outside the box when it comes to creating and delivering research and analysis.  

Ideally, we are looking for someone confident in using insights and planning tools, and any experience or knowledge of our Dentsu Customer Connection System (CCS) will set you apart.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • You will be self-driven and proactive in managing and developing client projects, working closely with the Global Insights Director to accelerate audience insights for iProspect teams 

  • Primarily responsible for managing and developing the Portfolio Audience Review, supporting the team to create audiences for in-market activation across 7 core brands.  

  • Support the local market teams with relevant knowledge about the client audiences, and the application of global research projects and tools.  

  • Responsible for delivering insightful presentations with data, expanding the client's knowledge of their audiences and market territories for targeting  

  • An understanding of research data, digital, and social metrics, with an interest in applying this data to research deliverables. 

  • Contribute to the development and rollout of Global Research & Insight products, with the ability to support discussions. 

  • You will need to support the client and some new business pitches, with the coordination of multi-market research studies and insights 

  • Assertive in maintaining process and client communication initiatives. 

  • Confident in maintaining and developing relationships and process initiatives, for effective integration across the business. 

  • Eager to deliver high-quality, measurable, effective work. 

  • We want someone who wants to impact business outcomes by contributing to the overall performance of the entire business. 

Key Requirements 

  • Ability to learn and create research design solutions that use a variety of data sets including data generated from ad tech platforms. 

  • Proven history in media, communications, and generating consumer insights. 

  • A good understanding of the wider aspects of commercial marketing and business.  

  • Ability to generate professional client relationships and gain trust at the highest level. 

  • High-quality presentation skills and, strategic selling skills. 

  • Good project management skills and ability. 

  • Highly collaborative, able to develop teams and work across countries and disciplines. 

  • Interest in popular culture, media trends, and innovation.
