You will help our business react to changing business conditions with excellent data analysis. You will define the requirements, perform the analysis and identify patterns in large amounts of data.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Foster and drive data-driven collaboration with international customers (external) while enhancing the efficiency of customer data usage across different international clients to generate actionable insights (internal).
  • Lead the implementation of the Data and Digital strategy with international customers.
  • Own the Data and Digital projects and processes with international customers.
  • Monitor the progress of Data tool implementation by collecting and consolidating scorecard updates, reaching out to countries for feedback on development, and addressing any potential underperformance.
  • Support the internal implementation of the data and digital transformation across countries, within the scope of international customers.
  • Track external and internal data sources to understand how digital and data-driven strategies impact Mondelez and retailer performance.
  • Provide input on performance dynamics (sell-in and sell-out) for international customer business reviews.
  • Stay informed about negotiation strategies and support them when relevant.
  • Ensure compliance: Act with the highest level of integrity and adhere to 100% compliance with Corporate Compliance & Integrity Policies, ensuring the integrity of the department and that third-party vendors or suppliers also comply with Corporate Compliance and Integrity Policies and Procedures.


More about this role
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in a sales and category management roles (3 years)
- Holding a Master degree ideally in economics and/or digital marketing
- Experience in digital development and first experience in project management
- Fluent in English and in French : speaking more languages would be a nice to have (global scope with contacts in Latam and AMEA)
