We are seeking an Insights Client Lead to join our Booker team.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value CPG clients, building strong relationships with Booker Departments of Trade to create demand for insights and drive joint value. You will play a key role in connecting Booker and CPG partners, enabling collaboration and commercial impact.

You will also coach and support a small team, while working cross-functionally across Insights, Media, and Services to deliver against the wider Booker workplan.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner closely with the Booker sales team to support contract renewals and revenue growth
  • Own a portfolio of strategic CPG clients, driving engagement, capability upskilling, and tool usage
  • Ensure delivery of all core contractual commitments, including onboarding and access to dunnhumby tools
  • Support reporting on core financial metrics, identifying leading indicators of risks and opportunities to ensure delivery against revenue and growth targets
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Booker Departments of Trade Directors and their teams, deeply understand business priorities and position insights as a driver of decision-making and growth
  • Act as a connector between Booker and CPGs, enabling collaborative, insight-led opportunities
  • Coach and support a small team, enabling strong performance and development,  supporting them in building independent, effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively across Booker Insights, Media, and Services to deliver joined-up client solutions
  • Contribute to global wholesale capability development through cross-market collaboration
  • Take ownership of your own development, act as a role model for dunnhumby values and uphold the Code of Business Conduct

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

Strong understanding of the Retail and CPG landscape
Extensive experience in account management, with a track record of using insights to drive commercial outcomes

Desirable

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Experience working with insights and analytics solutions
Experience embedding new tools or capabilities within a retail or wholesale environment
Experience working within wholesale
