Location: Hammersmith (Hybrid: 3 days per week)

Join a fast‑paced commercial team helping brands grow with Tesco through the power of data and insight. As an Insights Client Partner, you’ll work across a varied portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities, shaping compelling propositions, and supporting the delivery of revenue growth across dunnhumby’s insight and SaaS solutions.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their strong commercial foundations, further develop consultative selling skills, and gain exposure to the full B2B sales cycle within a market‑leading retail data environment

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning sales targets for a defined set of clients and contributing directly to commercial performance.
  • Managing your sales pipeline across insights, assortment, promotions, and research solutions.

  • Maintaining accurate and timely forecasting, ensuring pipelines are kept up to date.
  • Building strong, commercially valuable relationships across a range of client stakeholders.
  • Working closely with Client Success to ensure excellent delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Developing exceptional knowledge of dunnhumby products, the retail environment, and best‑practice sales techniques.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience within retail, FMCG/CPG, or B2B sales — ideally SaaS or insight‑led solutions.
  • A natural curiosity for how clients operate and where commercial opportunities exist.
  • Strong organisation and pipeline management skills, with a structured and proactive working style.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships across varied client teams.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, translating insight into relevant and compelling propositions.
  • Motivation to develop and grow quickly within a high‑performance commercial team.
Why this role?

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of clients, build real commercial capability, and learn from experienced colleagues within one of the most advanced retail data environments. It’s a strong career‑building opportunity and a natural pathway into more senior client partner roles.
