Inside Sales Account Manager

Monday – Friday

Telford- TF2 7NB

Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Salary: up to £27,500 (plus commission) per annum

Lyreco have an outstanding opportunity to join our fast-growing corporate Inside Sales Team. As a Inside Sales Account Manager your focus will be working with the Field Representative to devise strategies and penetrate an existing base of accounts.

You will be calling customers daily to conduct business reviews and add value at every opportunity.

Inside Sales Account Manager role involves:

  • Achieving sales in line with targets/objectives set by calling buyers within our area of responsibility.
  • Maintain good relationships with the Customers you have.
  • Establish and maintain effective methods of communication with the customer base, line manager, team members and all internal departments
  • Ensuring the client Database is maintained
  • Delivering the best customer experience
  • To Liaise with the Inside Sales Team Leader regularly
  • Being responsible for the accurate maintenance of the account records.
