We are a growing supplier of premium products and solutions serving the private aviation industry. Our customers include private jet operators, aircraft management companies, FBOs, charter operators, and aircraft owners who demand exceptional service and quality. We are seeking a motivated and relationship driven Inside Sales Representative to help expand our presence within the business aviation market.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting existing accounts, and representing the company at industry trade shows and aviation events. The ideal candidate is an energetic sales professional who enjoys both office-based customer engagement and face-to-face networking within the private aviation community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with private jet operators, aircraft management companies, FBOs, aircraft owners and OEMs.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide timely product recommendations and quotations.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conventions, and aviation events to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the value of company solutions.
  • Track customer interactions and sales activities within CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support customer success.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay current on business aviation industry trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel for trade shows and industry events.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience in private aviation, aerospace, luxury products, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of business aviation operators, FBOs, charter companies, or aircraft ownership structures.
  • Experience attending and working trade shows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field.
