Payoneer is looking for a highly talented Inside Sales Executive to educate, onboard, and drive early success with newly acquired customers. The incumbent will be tasked with enabling millions of SMBs and professional businesses in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) to get paid globally with Payoneer’s fast, flexible, secure, and low-cost solutions. Your responsibilities will include increasing business adoption and market penetration. Working in a dynamic sales environment, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting small- and mid-size clients onto the Payoneer platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high-energy environment with an ability to handle ambiguity. Candidates should possess both a business development and account management background that enables them to drive engagement with respective stakeholders. They should also be self-starters who are prepared to develop and execute a territory coverage plan. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities by engaging with new prospects and guiding them through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Acting as an ambassador of Payoneer and demonstrating a deep understanding of Payoneer’s solution stack, communicating the value proposition effectively to new prospects
  • Working with internal teams to successfully onboard customers to the platform and proactively solving issues faced along the way
  • Managing multiple channels of communication in a high-volume environment
  • Collecting and sharing the voice of the customer with stakeholders
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to share insights and create a cohesive customer journey—from driving better lead quality and conversion to smooth customer handoffs
  • Delivering and ideally exceeding quarterly sales targets


For this role, you are also:

  • Goal and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple processes efficiently
  • An analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
  • Process-oriented with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Have you done this kind of stuff?

  • 2+ years of sales/account management experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs, with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or another CRM system
  • Managed the post-sales/onboarding process for customers
  • Built relationships cross-functionally across a business, while being self-sufficient in day-to-day operations

 

Not a must, but a great advantage:

  • Experience in B2B payments or working in a Fintech
  • Experience in direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross-border trade
  • Experience with data analytics & BI tools
  • Experience working in an international company
  • Additional languages
