Description

Crystal is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team, focusing on the UK & EMEA region. This crucial role involves collaborating with key account partners and General Sales Agents (GSAs) to provide comprehensive support in executing annual go to market plans, thereby promoting Crystal's brand and services within specific regions.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining accuracy of the Reservation system/CRM - Update and load agency profiles, and future TOUCH reporting for analysis
  • ROI Tracking - Collect and analyse sales data from the designated regions and attribute their findings to various marketing efforts in order to establish adequate ROI on efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with various teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment of strategies, share insights, and enhance overall efficiency and reporting.
  • Sales Training and Development - Keep abreast of sales training programs and resources for agency partners. Assist in building a tracking system on agent product knowledge opportunities and sales skills.
  • Market Research and Analysis - Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the designated regions. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement - Continuously assess and enhance inside sales processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support Event Coordination - Coordinate and support events, trade shows, and promotions within the UK & EMEA to strengthen Crystal's presence in the market.
  • Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and sponsorships.
  • Trade Support - Provide level 2 support for trade partners in UK & EMEA with ongoing booking escalations, queries or concerns.
  • Prospecting - Assist in identifying new sales opportunities within the region by out bounding on active and inactive agencies in the CRM. Assist RSM with scheduling sales visits and trainings to promote Crystal.
  • Department Liaison - Assist Inside Sales Manager and Coordinator with ship visits and functions as needed to support sales

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills. A second European language is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred,
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for sales meetings and events.
