Location: Donnington – Telford -TF2 7NB
Salary: £26,227.50k per annum
Hours: Mon-Fri- 9am-5.30pm
Contract: Full time – Permanent
Package: Monthly Commission

At Lyreco, we're about empowering people to create great – and we're looking for an Inside Sales Digital Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team here at Head Office in Telford.

As an integral part of our team, you'll be working in a dynamic office-based environment, engaging with customers daily to conduct business reviews and create value at every interaction. An exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in sales.

What you'll be doing

You'll have the opportunity to drive revenue by building customer relationships and identifying opportunities.

  • Effectively manage and develop a customer base to exceed set targets.
  • Ensuring all customers within your section of the client database receive regular contact in line with business expectation and that the customer continue to spend with us.
  • To be responsible for the accurate maintenance of the account record in CRM at all times.
  • To take and resolve any queries arising within agreed timescales.
  • Accelerating account spend and looking for opportunities to add products to customers purchasing behaviour.

What we're looking for

You don't need to tick every box, but we'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Essential experience in a telephone-based environment.
  • Target driven, self-motivated and hungry to exceed your KPI’s and to earn commission.
  • Strong active listening skills with a strong ability to overcome objections and remain positive throughout customer interactions.
  • Excellent communicator who builds successful business relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team as well as independently.

Alongside a salary of £26,227.50k per annum  you'll receive:
