Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager

Location: Donnington, Telford (Office Based)
Salary: £26,227.50 per annum + Monthly Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Lyreco is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team at our Head Office in Telford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or account management experience who enjoys building customer relationships, working towards targets and being rewarded for their success. As an Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager, you'll work closely with our Business Development Managers to support customers, grow existing accounts and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As an Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager, you will:

  • Build strong working relationships with our Field Sales teams, including Business Development Managers, Senior Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives.

  • Develop and grow customer accounts through proactive telephone calls, email and Microsoft Teams.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.

  • Create account development plans to maximise customer retention and growth.

  • Take ownership of customer queries and work with internal departments to provide timely resolutions.

  • Work towards individual sales targets and key performance indicators while contributing to team success.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful as an Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in telephone-based sales or account management.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive and self-motivated approach.

  • A target-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed KPIs and maximise commission.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.

  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
