Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1500+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

This role blends elements of product management, innovation strategy, solutions design, and forward-deployed partnership. You’ll work directly with leading law firms and corporate legal teams to translate messy, high-value legal work into AI-powered workflows — and ensure they succeed in production.

We don’t build software for lawyers; we build it with them. Our teams sit shoulder-to-shoulder with partners, associates, innovation groups, and CIOs to understand problems at depth, design first-of-kind workflows, and ship products that reshape how legal work gets done.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a thought partner to top global law firms and enterprises — diagnosing pain points, mapping high-value opportunities, and guiding how Harvey integrates into their practice.

  • Work with the go-to-market team to shape pilots and deployments end-to-end: discovery, workflow design, testing, onboarding, iteration, and firm-wide rollout.

  • Work with innovation leaders, legal operations, and practice groups alongside Customer Success — ensuring the platform becomes embedded in day-to-day legal work

  • Translate user insights into product direction to influence roadmap

  • Help clients evaluate the business impact of AI — from improving associate leverage to transforming workflows across practices like M&A, litigation, regulatory, and transactions.

  • Shape how the legal industry adapts to AI. You’ll be in the room where the new operating model of law is being defined.

What You Have

You come from the legal world, but you’ve always gravitated toward innovation, experimentation, and systems thinking. You’ve seen how complex legal work happens in practice — and you’re excited to redesign it with cutting-edge AI.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team; innovation, legal ops, or consulting experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem as an employee, founder, or advisor to legal tech startups

  • Are product-savvy and tech-curious. You’re not expected to code, but you can navigate conversations about generative AI, workflow design, privacy, governance, and enterprise rollout.

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence across roles — partners, associates, engineers, PMs, CIOs, and legal ops.

  • Can independently run multiple client engagements in parallel.

  • Care deeply about quality and user outcomes while keeping a strong bias for action.

  • Are energized by building something new in a domain going through its biggest shift in decades.
