This RoleWe are seeking an Innovation Lead to drive initiatives that enhance our service offering and optimise internal processes. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will work closely with business stakeholders from the early discovery phase to shape, prototype, and implement digital solutions.
You will lead innovative projects that integrate IT, AI, and low-code solutions into logistics operations, while maintaining hands-on involvement in solution design and delivery. You will personally design and develop the solutions yourself, rather than solely coordinating or overseeing development work. This role requires strong delivery ownership, practical development experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
You will be instrumental in driving digital transformation for Hyperscaler clients by delivering practical, scalable solutions that enable automation and data-driven decision-making. Success in this role requires the ability to translate business needs into working digital solutions, ensure adoption across the organisation, and confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid role open to candidates based in Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, or Stockholm.
ResponsibilitiesInnovation
- Drive innovation initiatives from business problem discovery through solution design, development, and implementation, working closely with operational stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise opportunities for service development, process optimisation, and digital enablement based on real business needs.
- Design and build digital solutions that integrate IT, AI, and low-code technologies to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead digitalisation and standardisation initiatives by translating processes into scalable, system-supported solutions.
- Measure the impact of delivered solutions and continuously refine them to ensure tangible business value and alignment with strategic objectives.
Project Management
- Own the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions for assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed scope and budgets.
- Coordinate and lead delivery activities across cross-functional teams and external partners, maintaining accountability for outcomes.
- Define and maintain delivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and track progress to ensure successful and predictable delivery.
- Ensure end-to-end project compliance with ISO27001 standards.
Technology & AI Integration
- Design, develop, and implement solutions that leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to optimise logistics operations.
- Build and configure applications on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, integrating them with existing systems and ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure, integrations, and cybersecurity standards are met.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their practical applicability to business processes, translating innovation into working solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and clients to co-create solutions that address their operational needs and objectives.
- Engage internal teams and external partners throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure seamless solution implementation and adoption.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into practical, working solutions, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying digital solutions, ideally on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 configuration.
- Solid understanding of AI, automation, and integration with IT systems in logistics or supply chain environments.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and deliver them end-to-end.
- Ability to work independently on solution development, troubleshoot issues, and take full ownership of technical delivery.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, able to work with business users, IT teams, and external partners.
- Analytical, creative, and results-oriented, with a focus on building practical solutions that drive measurable operational impact.
Desirable
- Experience with enterprise-scale logistics.
- Certification in Agile, PMP, or similar project management frameworks.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and AI platforms.
