  • Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and authentication services.

  • Configure, review, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

Patch & Vulnerability remediation:

  • Execute and support patch management processes for Windows servers and infrastructure components.

  • Assist in vulnerability remediation, working with security teams to address findings from vulnerability scans.
Participate in security improvement initiatives and infrastructure compliance activities.

Monitoring, Incident & Operations:

  • Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools, responding to alerts and incidents.

  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.

  • Support asset management, maintaining accurate records of infrastructure components.

Virtualization & Platforms:

  • Support virtualized environments (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V).

  • Assist with Citrix platforms (Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, NetScaler) as part of the wider infrastructure estate.

  • Provide operational support for backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).

Projects & Collaboration:

  • Contribute to infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and platform improvements.

  • Work closely with senior engineers, security teams, and vendors to resolve technical issues.

  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Windows Infrastructure or Systems Administration role.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.

  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler).

  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

  • Knowledge of enterprise ITIL-based operations.

  • Interest in infrastructure security and compliance within financial services.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Methodical, detail-oriented approach to operational tasks.
