The influencer project at Wise has matured into a powerful, sustainable marketing channel and we are now looking for a Senior Manager to take it to the next level. You will be responsible for accelerating growth by standardising our operations, managing a team of 4+ regional deal owners and overseeing major global campaigns. This role balances high-level strategic ownership with hands-on execution in key growth markets.

You will lead the cross-functional integration of influencers across the Marketing tribe, streamlining workflows between brand campaigns, social media and paid performance. By acting as the central point of expertise, you will ensure influencers are leveraged effectively as a multi-purpose asset to drive global growth and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

Team & People Leadership:

  • Own the performance, coaching, and development of 4+ influencer roles, setting clear goals aligned with regional growth targets

  • Define and standardise operating processes to ensure consistency and speed across all regions

  • Act as the primary decision-maker for allocating team resources and budget across various global markets

Global Strategy & Ownership:

  • Own and implement the global strategy to double down on high-potential influencer projects and campaigns. Ensure whilst doing this that we have strong regional alignment and execution

  • Own and develop our internal cross-function ways of working, ensuring influencer work is seamlessly integrated into marketing campaigns with clear measures of success

  • Maintain a holistic overview of all influencer activity and report to senior leads on global progress with regional specific insights

  • Design and implement global fee, tiering and attribution frameworks to standardise negotiations and measurement

  • Own and report on all core project KPIs including new customers, volume and reach metrics

  • Lead global project forecasts with regional input to ensure sustainable growth

Program Operations & Compliance:

  • Work with internal teams to build a best-in-class influencer program, from referral operations and brand to finance and analytics

  • Work closely with external platforms and tools to do the same

  • Own and enforce global regulatory compliance and procurement protocols for all influencer activities

Regional Execution:

  • Directly manage one major growth market, implementing new deals and defining local growth strategies to maintain a deep understanding of the scaling process

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in influencer marketing with a focus on building and scaling programs to drive incremental customer growth

  • Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a focus on coaching high-performing individuals

  • Ability to design global frameworks for negotiation, segmentation and measurement

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to own complex budgets, forecasts and performance KPIs

  • Extensive experience working with internal brand, social, operations, and finance teams to build efficient, integrated program structures

  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally with senior regional leads and other marketing teams

  • Experience managing external stakeholders such as agencies, tools and platforms to optimise and scale program delivery

Nice-to-have

  • Experience managing influencers or ambassadors within the FinTech industry

  • Affiliate marketing experience

  • Fluency in multiple languages
