We’re searching for a UK-based Industry Solution Director – Maritime Sector (Remote) to join our Government & Commercial Solutions (GCS) Maritime Engagement Team, so that we can deepen strategic relationships, drive complex account growth, and expand RLDatix solutions across offshore engineering and cruise sectors globally. The Industry Solution Director will leverage deep maritime expertise and commercial acumen to define and deliver solution-led strategies to support operational readiness and workforce optimisation across the maritime sector globally.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Acting as a trusted commercial partner to maritime clients, applying crewing and operational expertise to deliver effective solutions
  • Leveraging your industry network to build pipeline and increase awareness of RLDatix’s operational readiness capabilities
  • Engaging stakeholders to diagnose workforce challenges and translate them into practical, value-driven solutions
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams in order to generate opportunities and progress them through the pipeline
  • Building senior-level relationships across offshore, marine, and cruise sectors to drive long-term growth and retention
  • Leading solution-led selling activities, including demonstrations, bids, and tenders to secure new business

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS new business sales, ideally within maritime, shipping, cruise, or adjacent sectors
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of crew planning, resource optimisation, and operational readiness in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of international maritime legislation and market dynamics
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisational structures
  • A knack for working independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment
