What you will do
- Through Lean Manufacturing and Factory Physics Principles, Identify Opportunities for Improvement and Project Manage the introduction on new Manufacturing Systems and procedures to enhance the Fab’s operational performance.
- Deploy Lean and Industrial Engineering principles to removal operational inefficiencies and waste within the workplace.
- Understand and Improve OEE performance and be able to drive Throughput improvement programmes
- Develop and Improve Capacity Modelling techniques within the business.
- Reporting and Line Balance opportunities
- Dispatch Methodology to drive 100% OTD
- Work with Cross Module teams to implement new procedures and Manufacturing systems.
- Project Manage Small and Large cross functional Teams.
- Constraint Analysis / Module Performance indicators.
- Speed Modelling + Throughput analysis.

- 6S – Working Knowledge if Improvement program.

- Project Management/ Leadership Experience - advantage
