We're looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid-Market team in London! In addition to laying the foundation of the team, the Client Partner will be responsible for forming relationships with key agencies and their brands and ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.

Please note that this role is required to be based out of London.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor
  • Manage Reddit/Agency relationships with up to 6 Independent agencies in the UK, negotiate strategic partnerships and make sure deals are met.
  • Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertisers, increasing stakeholder engagement with clients directly as well as top to bottom at the agency.
  • Pitch and onboard new advertisers to Reddit via the Independent agencies
  • Identify areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, including new lines of business, and move them through to close
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agencies to communicate major platform updates, releases, changes, and/or opportunities that will deepen or expand the relationship
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist with partners and at industry events
  • Develop internal relationships, both within your direct team and cross-functionally, working together to deliver on client and business goals

Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of experience in digital media, 3-5 years of experience in media sales
  • Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives
  • Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions
  • Deep existing relationships within the independent agency and client direct space
  • Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising
  • Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
  • Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
  • Ability to lead special projects
  • Ability to manage and scale a book of business greater than 20 accounts
  • Positive outlook, team player
  • Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
