The scope includes finished goods (cans, ends, scrap) as well as packaging, coils, materials, and production‑related components. You will also provide support to the wider supply chain as required by the business.

Coordinate export documentation and permissions for scrap material shipments under tolling arrangements, including interactions with directorates, export organisations, industry and commerce chambers, laboratories, and quarantine authorities. Prepare and obtain approvals for Chamber of Industry and/or Commerce documentation. Prepare and follow up on Export Incentive Certificate applications. Manage ongoing legal compliance follow‑up activities related to Investment Incentive Certificates. Coordinate IPR (Inward Processing Regime) certification follow‑up with customs brokers and authorities. Maintain documentation and follow up on insurance claim‑related activities involving shipping lines, hauliers, insurance brokers, loss adjusters, and legal entities (police, banks, customs).

Export administration

Plan and coordinate export shipment vehicles/containers with 3PL partners, sea freight forwarders, shipping agencies, and the UK Supply Chain Team. Prepare export documentation (invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, ATR1, quality certificates, consulate certificates) and ensure associated reconciliations. Produce e‑invoices, AVIEXP, and EDI documents when required, ensuring full coherence with Crown’s management systems. Prepare bill of lading and CMR instructions for carriers. Share original export documents with customers and arrange dispatch of originals to the importer. File and archive customs declarations securely for accounting and audit requirements. Manage Letters of Credit (L/C) applications and ensure compliance. Process haulier invoices, confirming correct rates in SAP and ensuring purchase orders are completed and paid at the correct cost.
