The Senior Implementation Consultant will lead complex projects, managing implementation cycles, client relationships, and ensuring successful integration on monday.com.

- Experience: 4+ years in implementation roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients.
- Client Engagement: Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of work management platforms, system integrations, and APIs. Familiarity with GraphQL, single sign-on (SSO), workflow automation tools, and business analytics tools is an advantage.
- Education: BA or BS degree in a relevant field.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
