Job Description 

This role is focused on assisting with the immigration requirements of our clients' employees. It involves ensuring adherence to Immigration Laws and Regulations and delivering outstanding client service. The caseworker plays a vital role, whether they are assigned to a global account or a specific geographic region. They engage in close collaboration with clients, individual employees, legal teams, government entities, and various stakeholders. This collaboration is essential for facilitating efficient and well-coordinated immigration processes. The caseworker's responsibilities are crucial in managing the complexities of immigration procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.   

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:  

  • Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing legal guidance to support their immigration needs. 

  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. 

  • Use multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations. 

  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. 

  • Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients. 

  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. 

  • Manage and resolve issues and /or escalations due to complex case matters 

  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points. 

  • Manage multiple and challenging Country business immigration engagements to deliver to our clients. 

  • Manage caseworkers and junior attorneys in case management and immigration law applications. 

  • Manage client relationships by ensuring accurate and appropriate legal options are provided and discussed. 

  • Review application and work from junior team members and sign-off applications before submitting. 

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. 

 
Experience: 

  • 4-5 years of professional experience. 

  • Experience in managing immigration processes within an organization or as a professional service for other organizations. 

  • Experience in global mobility (e.g. global coordination, immigration advisory) is beneficial but not crucial.

This position is for: 

  • London location 

  • Hybrid model (3 days in the office)
