Role Purpose: The IFM Program Lead – Enablement EMEA drives operational excellence through technology integration, process improvement, and specialized program management across the EMEA portfolio. This role leads the implementation of workplace innovation initiatives, manages wellness programs, and enables service delivery enhancement through technology and standardization. The position is responsible for testing and integrating new solutions, managing specialized amenity programs, and supporting the broader workplace experience transformation agenda.
What this job involves:
Technology & Innovation Leadership
• Partner with Amazon/JLL tech teams on workplace solutions
• Lead implementation of automation and innovation initiatives
• Coordinate pilot programs for new service delivery tools
• Drive adoption of workplace management systems
• Support integration of emerging technologies
• Develop digital transformation roadmaps
Wellness Program Management
• Direct fitness center operations across portfolio
• Oversee gymnasium management and programming
• Coordinate fitness class scheduling and delivery
• Manage wellness initiative implementation
• Monitor program performance and utilization
• Drive continuous program improvement
Specialized Program Management
• Lead Dogs at Work program implementation
• Develop and maintain program guidelines
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Coordinate registration and verification processes
• Manage program communications
• Monitor program effectiveness
Process Excellence
• Develop standardized operational procedures
• Implement best practice frameworks
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Create service delivery playbooks
• Drive operational efficiency
• Support change management
Portfolio Analytics & Reporting
• Implement workplace analytics tools
• Develop performance dashboards
• Support data-driven decision making
• Monitor program effectiveness
• Track improvement initiatives
• Prepare analytical reports
Ad Hoc Program Development
• Lead undefined/emerging workplace programs
• Provide interim management for new initiatives
• Support rapid deployment of critical programs
• Act as incubator for new service lines

• 8+ years' experience in workplace services/facilities management
• Strong background in process improvement and innovation
• Experience managing specialized workplace programs
• Track record of technology implementation
