As a Product Delivery Associate in Identity and Access Management, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.
Job responsibilities
- Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Works with technical and non-technical stakeholders and the team to specify epics and stories with sufficient discussion and acceptance criteria to ensure successful delivery
- Organizes work estimates at various levels of granularity to set delivery expectations appropriately and allow informed prioritization
- Updates stakeholders with timely progress reports, highlighting successes and delivery risks (and mitigation strategies identified)
- Provides support for incident escalation - directing resource and effort as required
- Assists in process improvement through constant review both internally and with partner department
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Expertise in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk Management
- Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wire frames, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written skills are critical, to include translating technical and complex concepts/solutions into business friendly proposals
- Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
- General knowledge of financial services concepts and products
- Solid interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
