native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.

Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RevOps Associate with strong HubSpot experience to support our commercial operations function. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, maintain CRM data quality, support reporting and automation, and help sales and marketing teams work more effectively.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience supporting a sales organisation through HubSpot and is looking to further develop their career in Revenue or Sales Operations. You will work closely with the commercial leadership team to improve visibility across pipeline performance, reporting, and operational processes, while ensuring the CRM remains accurate, reliable, and scalable.

The ideal candidate is organised, analytical, and process-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Assist with:

    • Lead routing

    • Notifications

    • Lifecycle stage management

    • Sales-to-marketing handovers

    • Process automation and operational efficiency

Commercial Team Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for HubSpot-related questions and troubleshooting

  • Support user adoption through training, guidance, and process reminders

  • Help teams follow best practices and maintain CRM discipline

Process Documentation
  • Create and maintain clear process documentation and user guides

  • Define best practices for:

    • Deal hygiene

    • Lead management

    • Reporting definitions

    • Required CRM fields

    • Sales process compliance

Process Improvement
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, data quality issues, and reporting challenges

  • Recommend and implement practical improvements to enhance HubSpot usability and commercial visibility

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring vision, structure, and operational discipline to a fast-growing function. You know how to scale people-driven operations and balance commercial priorities with quality, compliance, and culture.

Specifically, you will bring:

  • Proven hands-on experience administering Hubspot CRM, ideally within RevOps, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations.

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations processes

  • Experience in building reports, dashboards and creating workflows in Hubspot

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
